- What are your opening hours?
- Hours are shown on our Contact and About pages and come directly from our live schedule. They may change on holidays — ordering online is only available when we are open for orders.
- Do you deliver?
- Yes. When you check out you can choose delivery, takeaway, or dine-in (when available). Delivery fees and timing depend on your address and driver availability.
- How do I track my order?
- Signed-in customers can open My Orders from the menu. You can also use the tracking link from your confirmation SMS or email when provided.
- Can I change or cancel after ordering?
- Contact us right away via phone or WhatsApp. Once preparation has started we may not be able to change items; refunds follow our Terms and store policy.
- Allergies and dietary needs?
- Please mention allergies in your order notes and confirm with staff for severe allergies. Ingredients can change; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
- How do I reach support?
- Use the Contact page while signed in, call us, or message on WhatsApp. For order-specific issues, pick “Order problem” or “Driver issue” and attach your order.
